Summary: CIBC US is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is seeking a Client Service Summer Intern for 2026. This internship program is designed to complement academic training while providing integral support for client service teams and special projects. Responsibilities: - Providing integral support for client service teams and special projects as assigned/requested - Running daily, monthly and quarterly asset allocations and performance reports - Assisting in the production of client meeting books and portfolio reviews - Monitoring daily trade, overdraft and distribution reports - Processing various money movement and cash requests - Coordinating quarterly correspondence and communications to clients maintenance - Resolving business issues using systems and data - Offering recommendations as to how to improve business processes and efficiencies - May perform additional projects upon request Required Qualifications: - Current undergraduate student - Minimum GPA 3.0 - Demonstrated interest in Finance, Economics, Management, or related majors - Expected Graduation Date between December 2026 and June 2027 - Must also be authorized to work within the U.S - Intellectual curiosity and independence of thought - Strong quantitative and analytical abilities - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing - Strong ability to read and write easily and extensively - Superior time management and organizational skills - Highly motivated with a desire to learn - Works well within a team environment and is able to work across multiple teams - Good judgment and professionalism in both work products and interactions - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Office applications; familiarity with either Bloomberg or FactSet is helpful Required Skills: Finance Industry, Excel Nice-to-Have Skills: Business, Wealth Management, Databases Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: 401(k) contribution, Paid Time Off (including Sick Leave and Vacation), Holidays
