Turn your interest in cars into a career.

Enjoy cars, like helping people, and want an opportunity to build your future? At Chuck’s Auto Parts Solutions, you can learn the automotive parts business, develop valuable sales skills, and grow with a company that invests in its people.

You do not need previous auto parts or sales experience. Bring dependability, an honest approach, a willingness to work, and the motivation to learn. We’ll provide training in our parts, systems, and customer service process.

Your ability to communicate in Spanish and English will make a difference every day, helping customers explain what they need and feel confident in their purchase.

What You’ll Gain

• Starting pay of $17–$20 per hour.

• Schedule M-F 8am - 5pm.

• Training in automotive parts, product lookup, customer service, and sales.

• Health benefits and a 401(k).

• Support and coaching as you build your knowledge and confidence.

• Opportunities for advancement and greater responsibility as your skills and performance develop.

• A company that promotes from within and wants people to build lasting careers.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers in Spanish and English, at the counter and over the phone.

• Ask questions, listen carefully, and help customers find the right parts.

• Learn to look up parts, check inventory, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately.

• Work with our yard and warehouse teams to help orders move smoothly.

• Follow up with customers and follow through on your commitments.

• Build trust through friendly service, honest answers, and attention to detail.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

We value how you approach your work, not just what is already on your résumé.

• You show up on time, prepared, and ready to contribute.

• You stay focused and organized when the counter gets busy.

• You ask questions when you are unsure instead of guessing.

• You accept coaching, practice what you learn, and keep improving.

• You own your mistakes and help make them right.

• You treat customers and coworkers with patience and respect.

• You notice what needs doing and help without waiting to be asked.

• You want to learn the business and grow with the team.

This is an active customer service and sales role. You will balance phone calls, walk-in customers, and order details. Accuracy and follow-through matter, even on busy days. You’ll have support as you learn, and we’ll expect consistent effort in return.

What You Need

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.

• A genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

• Clear communication and comfort helping customers in person and by phone.

• Dependable attendance and the ability to work on site in York.

Previous automotive experience is welcome but not required. Experience in retail, restaurants, customer service, or other hands-on work can also be a strong foundation.
