Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests like fellow mountain enthusiasts, guiding them to the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings with confidence and care
- Provide personalized bootfitting so every person leaves feeling comfortable, supported, and ready for adventure
- Share your stoke and knowledge of the latest gear, keeping up with industry trends and passing that excitement on to guests
- Keep the shop vibe warm and inviting with clean, well-curated displays
- Create memorable experiences for beginners finding their first setup and experts chasing their next big line alike
- Be part of a team that has each other’s backs—pitching in wherever needed to keep the energy high and the shop running smoothly
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- You're outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day
- You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn)
- Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain
- You're good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
