Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Consumer Durable Loan products to customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, retail partners, and local market activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment options.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick loan processing and disbursement.
• Meet assigned sales targets and productivity goals.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
