Job Description E-commerce & Quick Commerce Intern

Job Purpose
To provide day-to-day operational support to the E-commerce and Quick Commerce team, with a major focus on assisting the Quick Commerce Executive in managing Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and Zepto.
The intern will support marketplace operations, reporting, inventory coordination, catalogue updates and other routine activities to ensure smooth functioning of all online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Quick Commerce Primary Responsibility

• Assist Charul Quick Commerce Executive in managing daily operations across:
• Blinkit
• Swiggy Instamart
• BigBasket
• Zepto

• Prepare and maintain daily Quick Commerce sales and order reports.
• Track SKU-wise sales, inventory, stock-outs and non-moving products.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability and order requirements.
• Track POs, orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns and pending operational issues.
• Assist in maintaining product listings, pricing, images and catalogue information.
• Support the team in preparing data for promotions, deals and Quick Commerce campaigns.
• Follow up on pending marketplace issues and maintain proper records.
• Assist in analysing portal-wise and SKU-wise performance.

E-commerce Support

• Assist the E-commerce team in daily activities across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart and other marketplaces.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS.
• Update Excel/Google Sheets reports.
• Assist with inventory and SKU-level analysis.
• Support catalogue/listing updates and product information management.
• Track orders, returns, cancellations and other marketplace activities.
• Assist E-commerce executives with routine operational tasks and data requirements.
• Support the Ads Specialist by preparing campaign-related data and reports when required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn marketplace operations.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and prepare reports.

Preferred Candidate

• Fresher / graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA or related field.
• Prior internship or experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce or FMCG will be an advantage.
• Good Excel knowledge will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced E-commerce environment.

Key Focus
Primary: Support Charul in managing Quick Commerce operations.
Secondary: Provide operational and reporting support to the overall E-commerce team across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart and other online marketplaces.
