As a Data Analyst III, you will leverage advanced, cutting-edge technologies to conduct comprehensive due diligence, perform in-depth analytical reporting, and collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and operational personnel in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
About the Role:
The Identity Data Analyst will support the LexisNexis continuous evaluation program. This mission critical endeavor is an ongoing screening process to review the background of individuals supporting a program. The program leverages a set of automated record checks and business rules to assist in the ongoing assessment of an individual's continued eligibility.
Responsibilities:
Ability to contribute collaboratively within a team environment, while working and managing tasks independently
Take ownership of analytical/investigative efforts to resolve ambiguous identities
Grow in knowledge of various datasets and adjudicative guidelines
Take ownership of product quality and data integrity
Create and maintain professional relationships with internal and external teammates
Communicate effectively on status of efforts in progress
Rigorously investigating, interpreting, and delivering intelligence from relevant data sources
Rapidly responding to changing circumstances and requirements, while prioritizing tasks to optimize efficiency
Continued Knowledge of datasets and adjudicative guidelines
Reviewing ambiguous records for accuracy and delivering those records tailored to the needs of the customer
Effectively leveraging and understanding of customer’s needs, challenges, and risks to ensure optimal solutions are designed and delivered
Actively collaborating with internal stakeholders to assist with strategic planning and future solution development
Making empowered, timely decisions based on facts, circumstances, and customer needs
Maintaining and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of understanding both internal and external data
Proactively supporting co-workers and management in building relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders to drive services solutions and positive business outcomes
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers on best practices, procedures, and techniques to actively drive customer advocacy
Provide concise, timely, and business-appropriate communication protocols to key internal stakeholders and external customers
Requirements:
Good experience in analytical and research skills for complex identity resolution
Acute attention to detail with good written and oral communication skills
An understanding of LexisNexis government products (e.g. Accurint, RMS and Lexis+) is preferred
Basic knowledge of criminal records (state and federal) as well as, bankruptcy and deceased records
Knowledge of the SEAD & Continuous Evaluation
Ability to discuss the patented LexID process and its advantages
Understand, interpret and follow US Government contracting protocols
Experience with training customers in LN products (both in-person and electronically)
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a secret clearance

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
