Patient Care Coordinator
Summary: We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role supports pediatric and orthodontic patients by connecting with families, reviewing eligibility reports, educating parents on orthodontic care, and scheduling complimentary consultations. We’re looking for someone outgoing, organized, and great with people who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Connect with families in person and by phone
• Schedule complimentary orthodontic consultations
• Educate parents on orthodontic care
• Follow up with patients and help coordinate appointments
• Support a positive patient experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience and success in customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
