Officer, Bills and Remittance, Macau Branch Location: Macau Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. Country of Location: China Macao Job Responsibilities: • Handle all import and export trade transactions including data input. Ensure all transactions are being handled in an effective and efficient manner. • Update Bills Control Register. • Handle customer’s audit confirmation and documentation including SWIFT filing. • Handle inward and outward remittance transactions according to relevant operation manual and procedures. • Handle all Faster Payment System (FPS) transactions • Reconcile all bills related outstanding with General Ledger. • Prepare reports as required by Financial Management Department. • Filing of office documents. • General Office/Admin duties. • Participate in projects related. • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. • Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by superior. Requirements: • Secondary education or above. • Preferably with experience in bills and remittance operations. • Basic knowledge of banking operation. • Good understanding of both import and export transactions. • Fast and accurate typing skill.
