Assistant Vice President, Transformation Projects

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the establishment of organization knowledge to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness in the project management process.
• Manage all project activities to ensure the timely completion of projects and within budget.
• Assist in developing project / portfolio governance framework and respective procedures / guidelines.
• Ensure mechanisms and policies are in place to identify and manage potential program or project interdependencies, risks and issues.
• Recommend prioritization of projects/initiatives aligned with PBG’s overarching business direction.
• Collaborate with BUSUs to measure the success of Fintech Transformation and omni-channel development.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesiveness and create a positive transformation engagement.
• Write-up of various internal and external reports and awards relating to Fintech Transformation.
• Annual budget preparation and Business Strategy/Planning and presentations.
• Business reporting, business result reviews, business communication forum.
• Regular and Ad hoc analysis against industrial players.
• Coach and provide guidance to team members to deliver quality business outcomes.
• Implement and compliance of anti-money laundering policy and relevant procedures.
• Regular and ad hoc analysis against industrial players.
• Demonstrates initiative to go beyond the normal routine and look for new ways to add value.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
Requirements:
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banks or financial institutions with prior exposure in project management/delivery
• Understand industry and market developments relating to own function
• Good project management skills and can complete assignments with quality under tight time pressure
• Awareness of both quality and risk, especially compliance-related risk and security issues
• Understand how the Bank’s range of products / services / process and control relate to its business strategies
