Summary: Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals, dedicated to improving the health of children. They are seeking an Investment Intern to support the Investment Office by collecting, organizing, and analyzing investment-related data while contributing to the management of a diversified portfolio. Responsibilities: - Projects will include working across our team in task/projects related to investments, operations, and reporting functions - Projects will include collecting and organizing of investment office data, using software such as Dynamo, Word, and PowerPoint - Projects will include analysis of investment office data, using software such as Excel, Caissa, and Bloomberg - Tasks will include participating in multiple meetings with investment managers from around the globe, and may be asked to take notes and/or provide perspectives and opinions - Tasks will include participating investment office meetings, and may be asked to provide perspectives and opinions - Tasks include learning from experts in investments both internally and externally to develop into a more experienced investment professional Required Qualifications: - Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a passion for investing and financial/economic markets - Progression toward an undergraduate or graduate degree - Strong work ethic and demonstrated initiative - Strong writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Solid process, analytical, problem solving and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Bloomberg, Caissa, and Dynamo software are a plus Required Skills: Investing, Financial markets, Economic markets, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Intellectual curiosity, Analytical
