Job Description
Prepare various accounting statements and financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Processes checks and ACH payments for our CNI companies (RW, CAD, CND, CNI and COS) and makes remote deposits of payments we receive for those same companies.
- Prepares account reconciliations for CNI companies.
- Executes payment process improvements and problem solves AR issues.
- Posts cash receipts.
- No supervisory/management authority.
- Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience in accounting/finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications.
- Able to multi-task.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Strong problem solving and process improvement abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
