Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to develop sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills, preferably in the glass, facade, construction, or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Promote company products and services to potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and track sales performance against targets.
• Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, payments, and future business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Experience in glass, facade, construction, or building materials will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.
