The role involves supporting sales operations through lead qualification, pricing analysis, proposal development, and collaboration with various teams to drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities: - Support the go-to-market sales team in preparing customized proposals to win new business and to identify and close up-sell opportunities - Research and evaluate eligibility and strategic fit of prospective clients - Partner with the Data & Analytics team to prepare presale insights to support sales pitches - Conduct pricing and margin analysis to create recommended pricing proposal for prospective clients and support contract negotiations - Draft business proposals and participate in sales meetings to drive opportunities to close - Make media plan recommendations and evaluate client proposals for operational feasibility Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of full-time corporate experience supporting sales organization(s) - Proficient technical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications - Demonstrated customer-focus to meet and exceed expectations across multiple internal and external stakeholders - Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem solve - Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail and work prioritization - Proactive, sense of ownership to deliver in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and growing environment - Expertise in performance marketing and/or digital ad platform Preferred Qualifications: - Expertise in performance marketing and/or digital ad platforms Required Skills: Sales support experience, Excel proficiency, Performance marketing expertise Important Skills: PowerPoint proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaboration skills Benefits: Comprehensive health care coverage, On-site health and wellness centers, A retirement savings plan, Backup childcare, Tuition reimbursement, Mental health support, Financial coaching
