Summary: Chase is a leading global investment bank, and they are seeking an Analyst in their Investment Banking Division. The role involves executing transactions, supporting due diligence, and developing strong functional skills in investment banking. Responsibilities: - Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc and liaising with relevant counterpart at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc) - Working with J.P.
