Summary: Chase is a leading global investment bank, and they are seeking an Analyst to join their Strategic Investors Group in the Mergers & Acquisitions team. The role involves executing M&A transactions, conducting quantitative analysis, and preparing presentation materials while working closely with senior bankers and clients. Responsibilities: - Transaction execution: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc. and liaising with relevant counterpart at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc.) - Lead development of all quantitative analysis and modeling activities including valuation (DCF, LBO), implementation of three statement financial models, detailed revenue build and other ad hoc analysis - Working with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams - Building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises - Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue Keeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics Required Qualifications: - Prior work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role - Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field - Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
