Why This Role Exists

• We are looking for a hands-on Property & Asset Operations Manager to own the day-to-day management, upkeep and administration of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• This is not a coordination-only role.
• You will be expected to identify issues before they become problems, build and manage reliable vendors, control costs, supervise work, maintain accurate records and drive every important issue through to closure without repeated owner follow-up.
• The right person will bring strong ownership, judgment, commercial sense and follow-through to the role.
