Job Description
Summary: Charles Schwab is committed to helping clients own their financial future, and they are seeking a part-time internship for college students in their Aspiring Talent Academy. The role involves assisting clients through inbound calls, gaining real-world experience in financial services, and participating in structured training and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound client calls and help solve meaningful financial questions
- Learn how to navigate a wide range of service needs while receiving support, coaching, and training
- Assist clients through inbound service calls and apply Schwab’s client‑first approach
- Participate in resume and interview coaching, skill‑building workshops, and other growth-focused activities
- Engage in team‑building events, daily huddles, and cross‑team interactions
- Compete in simulated trading using Schwab’s thinkorswim platform and apply what you learn in real-time scenarios
- Demonstrate your learning and impact by presenting a final project to Schwab business leaders at the conclusion of the program
Required Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a university program and be able to apply and if selected, start full-time employment on or about May 2027
- Ability to work on-site starting Monday, September 14, 2026, and continuing through Friday, April 30, 2027
- Ability to work 20 hours on-site at one of the Schwab service center locations during the following times: Monday – 8am to 4:30pm, Wednesday – 8am to 4:30pm, Friday – 8am to 12pm
