Job Description
Summary: Charles Schwab is a financial services firm that is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to enhance customer service and operational success at their Winnetka branch. The role involves supporting the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience while providing opportunities for growth and development in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an unparalleled client experience
- Support the operational success of the local Schwab branch
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
- While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
- Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
- May be asked to become a Notary
