Summary: Charles Schwab is a leading financial services firm that is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, while also having opportunities for growth and development in the financial services industry. Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry - While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses - Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously - Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships - Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts - May be asked to become a Notary Required Skills: Client service, Financial services, Wealth management, Series 7 license, Series 63 license, Series 66 license, Brokerage regulations, Notary Benefits: Bonus or incentive opportunities
