Job Description

The Client Relationship Specialist role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the branch's operational success and offers a clear growth path within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an unparalleled client experience
- Support the operational success of the local Schwab branch
- Work with clients to expand knowledge and build a long-term career in financial services
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
- While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
- Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
- May be asked to become a Notary
