Job Description
Summary: Charles Schwab is a financial services firm that champions growth in the industry. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering an unparalleled client experience while assisting the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Bring your passion for customer service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry
- Play a critical role in the operational success of this local Schwab branch, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager
- Assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience
- Support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if that is in line with career goals
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
- While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
- Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
- May be asked to become a Notary
