Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an unparalleled client experience - Support clients with their needs in a professional manner - Work independently and effectively as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities - Build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry - While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses - Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously - Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships - Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts - May be asked to become a Notary Required Skills: Client service, Financial services, Wealth management, Brokerage regulations, Series 7 license, Series 63 license, Series 66 license, Notary, Tact, Diplomacy, Multitasking Benefits: Eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
