Job Description
Summary: Charles Schwab is a leading financial services firm that empowers employees to make an impact on their careers. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering an unparalleled client experience while supporting the growth of the local branch.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager to deliver an unparalleled client experience
- Handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
- Build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Work independently and effectively as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
- While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
- Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
- May be asked to become a Notary
