Summary: Charles Schwab is a financial services firm that is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in the operational success of the local branch and help deliver exceptional client experiences while having opportunities for growth in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: - Assist Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager - Deliver an unparalleled client experience - Support employees in obtaining and/or holding Series 7 and 63/66 licenses Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry - While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, Charles Schwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/or holding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses - Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously - Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships - Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts - May be asked to become a Notary Required Skills: Client/Customer Service, Financial Services/Wealth Management Important Skills: Series 7 License, Series 63/66 License Nice-to-Have Skills: Tact, Diplomacy, Cross-enterprise Relationships, Brokerage Regulations, Notary Benefits: Bonus or incentive opportunities
