Embroidery and Print Operative at Charles Hughes · Westport

Charles Hughes Ltd. (Portwest Ireland), a leading supplier of workwear, safety wear and PPE is now seeking applications for the position of Production Operative for our Print & Embroidery production facility in Westport, Co. Mayo. No experience needed; full training will be provided. Charles Hughes Ltd is a fast growing, ambitious company employing over 100 people in Ireland. Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and checking in stock for logos
• Assisting operators to set up work stations
• Preparing logos for application
• Operating embroidery and print machines (training will be provided)
• Pack orders in preparation for shipping
• Quality control of logo application
• Use of computer software as required
• Email and phone correspondence
• Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed

WORKING HOURS/CONTRACT TYPE

Full time contract; 39 hour week.
