Job Description
Summary: charity: water is dedicated to providing clean and safe drinking water to people around the world. The Key Relationships Experience Coordinator will support the systems, reporting, and operational workflows to enhance experiences for major donors, ensuring accurate donor data and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of donor data and membership tracking
- Salesforce updates and data accuracy
- Pledge approvals and membership status tracking
- New member and renewal tracking
- Membership pipeline hygiene
- Salesforce event updates (including RSVP list updates)
- Monitoring donor records for accuracy and completeness
- Performing data upkeep, analysis, and reporting across Salesforce and various platforms like Box, Dropmark, etc
- Supporting reporting needs and maintaining alignment with Finance
- Reporting accuracy and dashboard maintenance
- Overseeing the production of donor impact reports
- Event and field travel ROI tracking
- Top 200 reporting preparation
- Finance alignment and monthly reconciliation preparation
- Preparing reports and supporting data requests across teams
- Concur invoice submission support (KRX-related expenses only)
- Supporting core operational workflows that power the donor experience
- Impact report project management (data population, routing to Rep for review, overseeing print and delivery)
- New Well member onboarding workflow management
- List pulls for communications, invitations, and reporting
- Coordinating data needs for donor communications
- Managing our merchandise inventory and gifting platform
- Coordinating staff videos for new donors
- Proofreading major donor pitches
- Assisting with coordination of donor gifts and shipments as needed
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen operational systems across the KRX team
- Supporting automated process development
- Assisting with improvements to Salesforce workflows, reporting tools, and data systems
- Maintaining internal operational workflows and documentation
- Supporting the experience of major donor trips and events, including:
- Working on guest lists, event registration systems, event check-in, as well as providing occasional onsite support when needed
- Organizing and maintaining materials in an online storage system
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years experience in operations, nonprofit programs, or revenue operations
- Familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn around tasks in a timely manner
- Strong data management and organizational skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Apple, Google and Microsoft products, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Copywriting experience
