Summary: Chapter is a builder-led design-build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations. They are seeking a Construction Project Management Intern to assist in managing residential renovation projects and support various project management tasks. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing residential renovation projects from start to finish - Support proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimates - Conduct daily site visits across multiple active projects - Assist with client communication throughout project phases - Support file management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders - Help coordinate procurement and track materials and samples - Maintain vendor databases and pricing logs - Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings - Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field - Strong interest in construction and project management - Background in construction through education, internships, or hands-on experience - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Must currently reside in Miami, FL - Must have access to a car and valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus - Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership Required Skills: Construction management, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Project management, Written and verbal communication Benefits: Commute expenses covered
