Summary: Chapter is a company focused on real estate and business development, seeking a Business Development Specialist Intern to support partnership development. The intern will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with real estate professionals, conducting outreach, and maintaining a pipeline of potential projects. Responsibilities: - Identify and build relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and developers - Conduct outreach (in-person, email, and phone) to generate new partnerships - Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events across Miami - Support deal sourcing and track incoming opportunities - Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and projects - Assist in preparing presentations and partnership materials - Coordinate with internal teams to align opportunities with execution - Track and report partnership performance and lead flow Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field - Strong interest in real estate, partnerships, or business development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building - Highly organized and proactive - Ability to operate independently and take initiative - Team-oriented and reliable - Valid driver's license and access to a car are required - Ability to travel across Miami to meet brokers, real estate agents, and partners Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in sales, real estate, or client-facing roles is a plus - Familiarity with the Miami real estate market is a plus Required Skills: Real estate knowledge, Business development, Partnership development, Client acquisition, Outreach techniques, Pipeline management, Presentation preparation Benefits: Commute expenses included, Percentage-based commission on business generated through partnerships they develop
