Customer Product Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: Working with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives/managers and end consumers, utilizing multiple communication channels, including telephone, e-mail, chat and Guest Book feedback.

· Learn and maintain knowledge of existing and new Chapin products and product modifications.

· Respond to customer online reviews.

· Work in conjunction with engineering to identify potential product issues.

MUST HAVE:

- Professional demeanor

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Accurate data entry skills

- Ability to multi-task

- Positive outlook, always willing to help where needed

NICE TO HAVE:

- Blue print reading a plus

- Mechanical aptitude preferred

- Prior phone service / collections experience a PLUS
