As theData Analytics Manager, you will be the analytics expert who turns complex business questions into trusted, scalable data products-building the pipelines, semantic models,BIand AIexperiences that help teams move faster, with confidence, and with stronger governance.
This role sits at the intersection of business partnership and engineering excellence: you will partner closely withCorporatestakeholders to define the right metrics and logic, while ensuring solutions areproduction‑ready, secure, and aligned with CHANEL data standards.

Be the trusted analytics partner forCorporatefunctions, translating business priorities into clear requirements, validated KPI logic, and actionable data products.
Engineer robust data foundationsby developing andmaintainingpipelines in Databricks / Microsoft Fabric, implementing Medallionarchitectureand ensuring reliability,scalabilityand performance.
Create governed semantic models forself‑service, designing star schemas and Power BI semantic models that become the trusted source forCorporateanalytics and reporting.
Deliverhigh‑qualityPower BI dashboardswith strong usability and clear storytelling, aligned withCorporateworkflows and decision moments.
Spearhead AI experiences forCorporatewithconversationaland agenticAI solutions.
Raise analytics capability across Corporatethrough playbooks, training,demosandhands‑onlabs, accelerating analytics literacy and adoption ofself‑servicepractices (includingAI‑assistedanalytics where relevant).
Strengthen standards and governanceby contributing to KPI dictionaries, documentation, testing, and compliance requirements-supporting data privacy, accesscontroland information security.

What you can bring to the team…
A Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, ora relatedfield.
5+ years ofhands‑onexperience delivering data engineering, modelling, and analytics solutions in a production environment.
Strongexpertisein Databricks / Microsoft Fabric, SQL,PySparkand modern data engineering patterns (e.g., Delta Lake, orchestration, testing, and performance tuning).
Proven capability in dimensional modelling (star schema), Medallion architecture, and building governed semantic layers and KPI dictionaries.
Advanced Power BI skills, including semantic modelling and DAX optimization, with a strong eye for usability and data storytelling.
A collaborative, consultative mindset-able to engage stakeholders, challenge constructively, and translate needs into clear technical designs.
Experience in Corporate functions and/or luxury retail is a plus.
