Summary: CESO, INC. is a principle-centered organization that empowers interns to develop and learn hands-on in various design fields. The role involves assisting the architecture team with design processes, preparing drawings, and providing support for various projects. Responsibilities: - Learn processes, procedures and assist in preparation of various architecture designs - Prepare and modify architecture drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp - Create flow charts and spreadsheets in support of team projects - Provide architecture support assistance for quality issues - Interface with other disciplines such as surveying, environmental, and engineering, as well as clients and vendors - Assist architecture team in identifying process improvements - Perform other project duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Architecture or Interior Design program and have completed the first year of college - Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required - Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedule Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photo Editing Software, Microsoft Office Suite (training will be provided if needed) Required Skills: AutoCAD, Revit Important Skills: Photo Editing Software, Microsoft Office Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: verbal skills, Analytical skills, written skills
