They are looking to hire a part-time Teller - Member Service Representative who will serve as the initial contact for customers, process financial transactions, and nurture customer relationships. Responsibilities: - You are the initial contact for our customers - You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our customers - With professionalism, you help process transactions and solve problems, as well as provide information about the services we offer - You process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with efficiency and accuracy - Conscientiously, you follow all credit union policies and procedures as well as use your observational skills to watch for potential security risks - You also have opportunities to use your product knowledge and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers - You take pride in contributing to our success by treating our customers as people, not numbers!
