Summary: Cerity Partners is a nationally recognized registered investment advisory firm seeking talented college students for their summer internship program in Wealth Management. The role offers real-world experience in the financial industry, focusing on client presentations, financial document preparation, and investment research. Responsibilities: - Shadow and participate in various types of client presentations - Utilize CRM and financial planning software systems - Shadow and assist Financial Advisors with preparation of financial documents and performance reports - Perform research on stocks, bonds, and other securities, utilizing various investment software including Bloomberg, YCharts, HiddenLevers, Riskalyze, etc - Utilize back-end portfolio management software to assist in the organization of account linkups and portfolio maintenance - Participate and present in Investment Committee and portfolio subcommittee meetings - Learn about and participate in portfolio optimization, rebalancing, and backtesting - Conduct independent research and build spreadsheets for financial planning opportunities - Work on a group project and other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA - Majoring in Communications, Marketing, Finance or related business degree - Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Salesforce Required Skills: CRM software, Financial planning software, Bloomberg, YCharts, HiddenLevers, Riskalyze, Portfolio management software, Microsoft Office, Salesforce Benefits: This is a paid internship program, Hybrid
