The Inside Sales Representative role is essential for supporting the company's mission by greeting customers, processing orders for HVAC products, assisting with warranty returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.

Responsibilities:
- Work well in a team-oriented environment
- Develop pricing proposals for orders received via phone, email, or the counter
- Facilitate sales transactions through credit cards, cash, or checks while ensuring that customers are verified as authorized personnel of the company
- Ensuring the overall appearance of the branch showroom, warehouse, and surrounding grounds is well-maintained
- Process credits for items that have been returned in accordance with company policy
- Support warehouse staff in retrieving and organizing sold items
- Continuous engagement with internal teams concerning order releases and product assistance
- Guarantee that all customers exit the store with a sense of satisfaction
- Focus on safety first and ensuring the well-being of yourself and other employees, and the overall operations

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of sales experience
- Always maintaining safety awareness
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize daily task
- Must have basic computer skills for inventory management
- Problem solving, promptly identify and resolve issues to ensure a steady workflow
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication and teamwork skills
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, division, multiplication and subtraction)
- Proficiency in comprehending guidelines
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
