Summary: Centre for Neuro Skills is dedicated to helping individuals with traumatic brain injuries regain their independence and quality of life. The Clinical Case Manager Assistant will support the Clinical Case Managers and other directors through administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. Responsibilities: - Transcribes dictation and consolidates and formats documents, including correspondence and patient assessment reports - Files correspondence and maintains records as directed - Supports case management department, including maintaining admission forms and packets for incoming patients. Distributes completed/signed admissions forms to appropriate staff - Distributes petty cash and will maintain reports - Coordinates travel arrangements for patients and their families when necessary which may include airline reservations, transportation, lodging as well as supervision for the patient - Schedules patient assessment meetings for each patient as directed by Case Manager. Schedule staffing and other meetings as needed.
