The Job

• Experienced OTR drivers welcome. No flatbed experience? With 1+ year of OTR or regional experience, we’ll get you up to speed during paid orientation.
• Over-the-road runs. Haul machinery, ag equipment, steel, and lumber.
• Your home time, your way. Earn 1.5 days home for every full week out and use it how you want.
• Earn your own trailer. After 60 days with a clean record, you’re eligible for a dedicated Specialized Step Deck trailer.
• Equipment that works for you. Late-model trucks with APUs, inverters, and fridges.

The Pay

• Weekly earnings that compete. Most drivers earn an estimated $1,490–$2,020/week, and the top 25% earn $2,150–$2,280/week, before performance pay.*
• A rate that grows. Base pay is 61–72CPM. Start at 61–70CPM based on experience, with raises every 50,000 miles.*
• Performance pay. Earn up to 4CPM more on every mile when you beat your monthly mileage goal.*
• Paid for the extra work. Tarp pay, over-dimensional pay, stop pay, and more.*
• Bonuses. $2,500 sign-on bonus, $1,000 orientation pay, clean inspection bonuses, and $2,500 for every driver you refer.*

Weekly earnings are company forecasts: 2,000–2,800 (most drivers) or 3,000–3,200 (top 25%) miles/week at a 66.25 CPM average, plus average accessorial pay ($8,500yr). Excludes performance pay. Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ year of OTR or regional experience within the last 3 years, OR 6+ months of flatbed experience
