What you'll be doing

Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system

Your working hours

Part-time contract You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

Clear communicator with strong organisation, attention to detail and computer skills Proactive and solution-focused, with experience in similar roles or the beauty industry Warm and approachable with ability to build relationships at all levels Effective time management, teamwork and use of initiative
