Study Participant Call Center Representative - Spanish Bilingual

Summary: Celerion is committed to swift, exceptional clinical research through translational medicine. In this role, you will answer inbound calls from members of the public interested in participating in Phase 1 clinical drug trials, screen callers for eligibility, and collect personal data for those eligible. You will also make outbound calls to schedule appointments as needed. Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from members of the public interested in participating in our Phase 1 clinical drug trials - Screen callers for study eligibility - Collect and enter personal data for those eligible to participate - Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, as needed Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED - Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience is required - Bilingual Spanish-English fluency is required - Prior data entry experience is required - Must be 18 years of age - Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills - Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday Required Skills: Call center experience, Data entry, Spanish-English bilingual fluency Benefits: Benefitted Full-Time
