Cedar Park Med is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in a long-term care / rehabilitation setting in Albany, New York. This opportunity is ideal for a PTA who is compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to helping residents improve mobility, function, and quality of life in a collaborative care environment.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Expected hours: up to 40 per week

Qualifications
- Current New York State Physical Therapy Assistant license
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide PTA services under a physician’s order and the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Assist with resident treatment sessions and therapy-related care
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide education to residents and their families
- Support treatment goals and help promote resident progress and function
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and New York State practice standards
