We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day field execution of solar projects from notice to proceed through commissioning and closeout. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for managing subcontractors, driving schedule execution, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on solar construction sites

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, crews, and suppliers

• Drive project schedule execution and ensure milestones are met

• Monitor and enforce site safety (OSHA) and quality standards

• Conduct site walks, inspections, and issue resolution

• Manage daily and weekly reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction supervision experience

• 1+ year solar (PV) experience

• OSHA 30 required

• NEC knowledge required

• Willingness to travel 100%
