The Engineering Intern will support the Engineering team in conducting studies, developing designs, and assisting in global project execution. Responsibilities: - Provides engineering and technical support to both Engineering and Design - Create 3D models - Create and revise 2D drawings - Develop technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations - Confer with other personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop suitable product - Attend internal meetings as required - Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned Required Qualifications: - Actively pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent - Proficient in the use of AutoCAD (2-D), Inventor 3-D and or similar CAD software a plus - Experience using MS Office, Excel, and other normal business software - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models - Knowledge of Statics, beam formulas, stresses, pressure vessel - Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics, and mechanical, electrical, atomic and sub-atomic structures and processes - Skill in Active Listening - Skill in Critical Thinking - Skill in Mathematics - Skill in Reading Comprehension - Skill in Science - Ability in Information Ordering - Ability in Oral Comprehension - Ability in Written Comprehension - Ability in Deductive Reasoning - Ability in Inductive Reasoning Required Skills: AutoCAD, Inventor 3-D, Mechanical Engineering Important Skills: Mathematics, Technology Nice-to-Have Skills: Reading Comprehension, Science, Oral Comprehension, Written Comprehension, Deductive Reasoning, Inductive Reasoning
