Job Description
Summary: CCC Intelligent Solutions is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, creating intelligent experiences for various stakeholders. The Product Analyst Intern will contribute to the roadmap of enterprise-scale solutions, translating business goals into actionable product requirements while analyzing market data to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in drafting Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features across the OEM portfolio (e.g., Certification Managements, Consumer Product, Referrals)
- Voice of the Customer: Analyze feedback from customer site visits and support tickets to identify pain points and propose product enhancements
- Agile Collaboration: Work inside tools like Aha, collaborating with Engineering and Design to track sprint progress
- Strategic Presentations: Prepare consulting-quality PowerPoint decks for senior leadership (Directors & VPs) to communicate roadmap updates, market opportunities, and pilot results
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Develop, manage, and analyze recurring and adhoc reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools - translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and customers
- Client Presentations: Create and present high quality, client-ready PowerPoint decks that translate complex data analyses and reporting into clear, compelling stories for external customers
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the corporate Analytics team to align requirements for enhancements to data needed for supporting customer needs
- Product & Customer Value: Build a strong understanding of CCC’s products and solutions, learning how our products deliver ROI for customers
Required Qualifications:
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor's or Master's throughout your internship
- Current Junior (consideration given to high-achieving Sophomores)
- Major in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a must) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Ability to distill complex data sets into clear insights
- Strong written and verbal skills; ability to create compelling narratives in PowerPoint
- Self-Starter: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with or strong interest in Agile methodologies, JIRA, SQL, or product analytics tools
