Votre mandat La station de Radio-Canada Mauricie-Centre-du-Québec est à la recherche d'un ou d'une vidéojournaliste qui sera basé·e à Shawinigan. Vous relèverez de Dominique Panebianco, rédacteur en chef délégué. Nous recherchons une personne qualifiée, habile à développer quotidiennement des sujets de reportage, préparer et présenter des sujets qui touchent particulièrement le public de Shawinigan et la région autour. Les sujets seront diffusés sur l’application Info et toutes autres plateformes de Radio-Canada. La personne retenue comme vidéojournaliste devra être polyvalente et apte à raconter des histoires tant à l’écrit qu’en format vertical.  Vous ferez preuve de créativité, de débrouillardise, de rigueur et de beaucoup d’autonomie. Il faudra démontrer une excellente capacité à vulgariser l’information. Vous devrez être capable de bien travailler sous pression, faire vos propres recherches, votre cueillette, la mise en forme et présenter votre matériel avec aisance sur les différentes plateformes. Profil recherché : Qualifications : • Baccalauréat ou l’équivalent; • Trois (3) ans d’expérience en journalisme ou l’équivalent. Compétences : • Solides aptitudes pour le reportage; • Excellente connaissance du logiciel de montage Premiere, un atout; • Grande aisance et dynamisme en ondes; • Excellentes aptitudes pour les entrevues; • Capacité de rédiger de façon claire et concise; • Capacité de fournir des idées de reportages originales et des façons créatives de les traiter; • Capacité de travailler dans un milieu où la pression est forte et les échéances serrées et où il faut souvent faire des heures supplémentaires imprévues; • Souplesse pour collaborer régulièrement aux émissions de radio, à la télé nationale et au web; • Créativité dans la résolution de problèmes; • Grande créativité, grande imagination, motivation et esprit de synthèse; • Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles; • Capacité de s’exprimer en français; • Bonne connaissance de l’anglais, un atout; • Posséder un permis de conduire valide.
