About the Role We’relooking for a Senior Product Designer to join theCommSeeteam, with a focus onthe Leads & Opportunities space. This is a hands-on product design role, embedded in a cross-functional squad.You’llwork closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deeply understand customer and business problems, explore opportunities, and deliver outcomes that improve customer experiences and commercial performance. You’lllead design from early discovery through to delivery, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution. Our Approach We are building a product focused way of working across product, design, and engineering. Joining a recently formed crew, you will help shape our design practicesandplay a role in helping to define our methodologies and ways of working. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design, from problem discovery through to solution deliveryin a complexenvironment. Partner closely with product managers and engineers to frame problems, explore opportunities, and define outcomes. Define,planand conduct discovery activities such as user research, interviews, testing, and data-informed exploration to uncover insights andvalidatedirection. Translate insights into clear design concepts, experience flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI that support delivery. Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and learnings, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Contribute to product strategy by articulating experience vision,identifyingopportunities, and influencingprioritisation. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and design to build alignment and momentum. Work within CBA’s design system to deliver consistent, accessible experiences, and provide feedback to system teams where gaps or opportunities areidentified. Championstrong designpractice, customer-centredthinking, and continuous learning within the squad. What You Will Bring : Proven experience delivering end-to-end product design in a cross-functional product team. Strong skills in discovery, problem framing, and translating insights into meaningful product outcomes. Experience conducting andsynthesisinguser research usingappropriate qualitativeand quantitative methods. Confidence designing complex workflows, information architecture, and interactions. Ability to work through ambiguity and help teams move from uncertainty to clarity. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Experience working within a design system and applying patterns pragmatically to support delivery. Proficiencyin interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and testing methodologies. Comfort working autonomously in an evolving environment.
