Job Description
Summary: Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Training Evaluation Specialist I to support the creation, distribution, compilation, analysis, and reporting of evaluations in accordance with Training and Performance Standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to SOP standards and achieve FLETA accreditation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts qualitative analysis and data entry for write-in survey comments from level I evaluations
- Creates, distributes, compiles, analyzes and reports all Level I, II and III evaluations
- Compiles the qualitative and quantitative data that is used for the analysis and formal reporting of Evaluation Reviews
- Works with Instructional Systems Designers, Instructors/Subject Matter Experts, and Program Managers to develop/revise Level I, II, and III evaluations
- Creates and tracks all training publication requests to include revisions, funding procurement, review of proofs, and receiving of completed orders
- Creates and tracks Program Office equipment purchase requests
- Tracks the Program Office budget to ensure availability of adequate funds for spending
- Provides the necessary support and guidance to achieve and retain all FLETA accreditation requirements for the Program Office
- Provides weekly updates of activities to the Curriculum Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree, preferably in instructional technology, or a related subject, together with one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in a training environment
- Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in training and course development
- Demonstrated experience using the Instructional Systems Design Model
- Secret Clearance is required
- Due to the nature of work at the client's site, U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment
- Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials
- Must possess excellent written and spoken command of the English language
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Must be proficient in the use of SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of academic accreditation processes preferred
- Experience with a test authoring management system such as Scantron preferred
