Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of paving crews (typically 5–10+ team members)
• Oversee hot mix asphalt installation in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Coordinate crew activities in real-time as trucks arrive and paving progresses
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and broader field team
• Maintain accountability for crew performance, timing, and job site execution
