Summary of Performance Expectations:
This cross-functional role supports supply chain operations, contracting, data integrity, and informatics within CVMC. Team members rotate through Buyer-Contracting, and EDI/GHX functions. The objective is to enhance resilience, reduce single-point dependency, and provide career development through multi-specialty training.
Education & Credentials:
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or related field. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred along with relevant certifications such as AHRMM, CMRP, APICS CPIM, Lean/Six Sigma or other.
Work Experience:
Required
No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
Preferred
One or more years of purchasing or sourcing experience.
