Job Summary: As a Journeyman Plumber at Caswell Mechanical, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems on a variety of projects. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, independence, and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities: Install and service water, gas, and drainage piping systems Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications Ensure installations meet state and local code requirements Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team leads Follow all safety protocols on-site Requirements Requirements: Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License required 3+ years of professional plumbing experience Strong knowledge of state plumbing codes and system design Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligibility Requirements: This position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Employment/education will be verified. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach. Able to walk on uneven surfaces. Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights. Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
