Full-Time Position
Caspian & Sun Food Trading LLC is expanding its team and looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ACCOUNTANT to join our growing food trading business in Dubai.
We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, organized, and confident in handling day-to-day accounting operations, with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle invoicing, billing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments, purchases, and financial documentation
- Ensure timely VAT filing and compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Manage and generate financial reports through Zoho Books
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Previous experience in the food trading industry is REQUIRED
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books is REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
