What You’ll Do Deliver hands-on nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members Support care planning and resident assessments Supervise Medication Aides/Techs Assist with admissions, discharges, and emergencies Maintain accurate, timely documentation Requirements What You’ll Bring Active LPN license (required) Current CPR certification Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment A compassionate, resident-first mindset Preferred (but not required) 6+ months of long-term care experience Why You’ll Love Working Here ?
